Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.
During our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, answer any questions you may have, and discuss how we can work together.
From there, we'll create a personalized plan that feels comfortable, supportive, and aligned with your needs.
